Sunday outing

and of course I forgot to add this picture, so it was put first after I got the blog all done, anyway this is where we stayed Sunday night after we dropped Dennis off at his place, we then drove to San Jose and stayed at the 'Fairmont" on the 17th floor, it was a fun trip, and I definitely want to go to Salsalito again

Had breakfast with my brother, Dennis, and he ended up going with us on our Sunday drive

of course we drove to San Francisco

these buses were behind us, and the one on the left decided it was going to pass, as we are turning into the visitor center, so the bus on the right zoomed up and cut him off, and stopped and got out and waved us and about 4 or 5 other cars by, it was too funny

we ate at a hole-in-the-wall place for lunch, it was really good...the Salsalito Taco Shop, fish tacos that were so good

and next time we are going to take this boat from the pier in San Francisco to Salsalito, the line of bikes and people going back to SFO was amazing

This is just some of the redo that has been going on at the ranch...Hank put in heating and air thru the whole house, it now takes 10 minutes to cool it down and also it is so nice to be able to open the windows and let the breeze blow thru...it is a very lovely place now. it doesn't get so dusty now.

 Picked up Pam from her work in Santa Barbara, and then spent the weekend at Susan's, we had a lovely time together, and also at the wedding.

A very Dear Family (Fred and Betty Grant) my family grew up with, we camped together, played together, us girls swam together and whatever else, we had tons of fun...there  were 7 of them and 7 of us

Then on Sunday afternoon I picked dad up in SLO, he rode the bus down there, and we went out to Los Osos to see the solar eclipse, it was too hard to see, but this picture is from up one of the streets looking down to Morro Bay
