Spring Break

I flew from SLO to San Francisco then onto DFW, the 30th of March...spent Friday-Monday with Shawn, April, Conner, Logan and DaraLynn, and of course I was able to see Clark too!!!
Saturday we went to a circus, DaraLynn sure enjoyed it and the boys had a blast!!!
Sunday went to lunch with LouAnn at Olive Garden and had a most wonderful visit...then went to an afternoon meeting with the kids, Monday we stuck around the house, April wasn't feeling too good, so Nancy took me to the train station, where I hopped on and rode it to Oklahoma City, to see Heather, Marcus and Wade.
Went to town several days, I think everyday...one day we washed windows and mini blinds, and Wade helped...Thursday, Heather, Wade and I went to the zoo, spent all day there, then met Marcus, and went to Chili's for dinner and then to Bass Pro Shop...then one of those days we went birthday shopping for Wade, and out to lunch...I asked him where he wanted to go for his birthday, and he said, "the tea place" which is McAllisters, he was so cute, came home and Heather put his birthday Lego set together for Wade that Papa and Nana got him...had a really fun time with Heather and Wade, and of course Marcus, but it was fun watching Wade grow before my eyes...then on Saturday I went to breakfast, at Cracker Barrel, with Sheila, and we had a really nice visit!
Then on Sunday, Marcus, Heather and Wade took me to the train station to ride the train back to Fort Worth...Clark picked me up and we went to the Tarwater's house...then we went to Cooper's Old Time BBQ Pit, it was really good, then we went to the stockyards and walked around....then April and I with the kiddos went back to the stockyard during the day, and walked around, it was alot of fun...then met Shawn & Clark, and went to Uncle Lloyd & Aunt Betty and Craig & Gail's house in Denton...had a nice visit with relatives...Tuesday went to lunch with April, DaraLynn, Kathy & Brittney Johnson, to Panera's...YUMMY, Shawn had taken the day off for a dentist appt. and got back in time to watch the boys while we went to lunch, then came home and Shawn & April left and spent the afternoon and evening together, and I had fun watching the kids...then on Wednesday April went grocery shopping, and I stayed home and had fun again with the grandkids...am already MISSING them all so so much!!!
But I had a really fun time getting to know each grandchild, in their own way...I am so proud of Shawn, Heather and Clark in the growth I see in each one, and the growth in my Son-in-law, Marcus, and my daughter-in-law, April!!!
